The main purpose of the study was explored relationship perceived organizational support with secondary school teacher performance. objective to find quantitative in nature and Peearson Product Movement Method used explore between two variables. population schools District Sheikhupura. All teachers district Sheikhupura according their demographic characteristics were taken as sample. male female public selected sample from each tehsil. At second phase using simple random sampling technique (n=250) selected. Self-developed questionnaire collect data. For analysis data, inferential statistics used. Pearson applied analyze findings that there moderate positive significant relation exist job
